We are inviting applications for the position of Account Executive. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, and Tally Prime are highly encouraged to apply.

Position: Account Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory experience in GST, TDS & Balance Sheet)

Software: Tally Prime (Mandatory)

Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Based on interview performance & experience

Location: Noida, Sector 80

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Strong working knowledge of TDS (entries, deductions, returns, reconciliation)

Hands-on experience in preparing and finalizing Balance Sheets

Expertise in Tally Prime including ledger posting and compliance work

Preparation and maintenance of sales bills strictly in Tally

Handling GST entries, returns, and reconciliations

Maintaining accurate books of accounts and ledger verification

Preparing credit/debit notes when required

Managing and updating Google Sheets for daily MIS & billing records

Coordinating with sales and internal teams for correct financial data

Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closures

Maintaining proper documentation, records, and filing
