Job Summary:
The Account Executive / Account Assistant will assist in daily accounting operations, including
bookkeeping, vendor coordination, financial entries, and reporting. The role requires proficiency in
Excel, accuracy in financial calculations, and fluency in English for communication and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Excel (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments,
Journals)
• Assist in preparing and reconciling books of accounts
• Manage vendor payments, follow-ups, and coordination
• Support preparation of monthly MIS reports and outstanding reports
• Assist in GST, TDS calculations, and documentation
• Maintain petty cash records, expense tracking & bank reconciliation
• Support internal audit and compliance-related activities
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial tasks
Technical Skills (Mandatory / Preferred):
• Accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Days & Shift Timings:
• Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
• Hands-on experience in accounting and Excel is mandatory
Relocation Details: Only Mumbai based candidates (no relocation considered)
