Key Responsibilities

 Assist in litigation strategy development and coordination with advocates and counsels.

 Draft and review reply to Show Cause Notices, Audit Observations, Summons etc.

 Prepare appeals, petitions, and submissions to be put forth before the forums.

 Conduct in-depth legal research on GST law, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.

 Draft legal opinions and advisory notes on queries asked by clients.

 Review client documentation, GST returns, and reconciliations to identify potential litigation risks.

 Stay updated on latest amendments and judicial developments in indirect taxation.
