Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and banking coordination. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and invoices accurately

• Maintain proper records of sales, purchase, and expense entries

• Perform GST calculations, returns, and compliance

• Manage TDS working, deductions, and filings

• Coordinate with banks for:

• Cheque preparation and processing

• Filling bank forms and documentation

• Handling account-related queries and issues

• Execute and monitor vendor and payment processing

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Assist in audits and provide required data/documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com preferred)

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of:

• GST & TDS

• E-Way Bill generation

• Invoicing and billing

• Experience in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, etc.)

• Good understanding of banking processes and documentation

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, data handling)

• Strong organizational skills

• Time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Good communication for internal and bank coordination

• Problem-solving approach
