Financial Record Maintenance

Maintain and update financial records in the accounting software.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as required.

Bank Reconciliation

Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.

Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

Financial Reporting

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Generate key financial statements, including:

Profit & Loss Statement

Balance Sheet

Cash Flow Statement

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Assist in tax calculations and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.

Audit Support

Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Track budget vs. actual performance and report variances.

Financial Analysis

Analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Provide meaningful insights to support strategic financial decisions.

Location – Girgaon Khetwadi.

Education- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
