We are looking for a smart and eager Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally. This role is perfect for freshers or people with up to six months of experience.
You will handle daily billing and enter data into Tally. You will also learn how to manage taxes and bank work from our senior team.
Key Responsibilities
Tally Data Entry: Enter daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts into Tally Prime.
Billing & Invoices: Create and check vendor bills and customer invoices quickly and accurately.
Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with Tally records to find and fix any errors.
Tax Support: Help the team calculate basic GST and TDS and prepare data for returns.
File Management: Keep neat digital and paper files of all vouchers and bills.
Qualifications: Graduate degree in Commerce (BCom) or a similar field.
Experience: 0 to 6 months of accounting work or a helpful college internship.
Technical Skills: Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel to make simple sheets.
Clear understanding of debit and credit rules.
Soft Skills: Good with numbers, honest, and ready to learn new things.
