Job Summary
Talentcorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build their career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of employee reimbursements and expenses.
Assist in payroll-related accounting entries.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly account closing.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills : -
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Qualification :-
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or any Commerce Graduate.
1 year to 3 Year of experience in Accounts or Finance.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
