Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Bookkeeping & Transactions: Recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank accounts.
Tax & Compliance:
Computing taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local/international financial regulations.
Audit & Internal Control: Conducting audits, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining internal controls.
Analysis & Advisory: Analyzing financial data to provide insights on profit maximization and expense management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification is often preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
