Accounts Admin

We are looking for an Admin + Accounts to join our team at at Tyt Mining Equip Care Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing: Generating, sending, and tracking tax invoices and client payments.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing purchase bills, managing vendor communications, and reconciling bank accounts.

• Expense Tracking: Handling expense vouchers, reimbursements, and financial reports.

• Data Entry and Records: Maintaining accurate financial databases, spreadsheets, and digital or paper records.

• Administrative Support: Assisting with payroll, assisting with month-end/year-end closing procedures, and coordinating with accountants.

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial policies, regulations, and tax filing requirements.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
