Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally without backlog.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, and banking transactions.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
Maintain ledgers, cost centers, and accounting records.
Track production costing, machine hours, job cards, rework, and scrap data.
Maintain receivables, payables, supplier advances, and GST records.
Update weekly cash flow trackers and highlight critical variances.
Support monthly book closure and preparation of management reports.
