Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to start their career in the banking and financial services sector. The selected candidates will handle customer service, banking operations, documentation, and support sales and relationship management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening and banking services

• Explain banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and digital banking services.

• Support customer relationship management and business development activities.

• Generate and follow up on customer leads.

• Assist with KYC, documentation, and verification processes.

• Maintain accurate customer records and reports.

• Achieve assigned business and service targets.

• Follow banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with branch staff and management.

• Resolve customer service issues professionally.

Eligibility

• Any Degree , depending on the specific role.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-service attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Salary

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on the employer, qualification, and role.
