Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and timely processing of dealership transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Handle cash, bank, and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Coordinate with other departments for accounting documentation.
Monitor outstanding customer and vendor payments and follow up when required.
Assist with monthly closing, reports, and financial statements.
Maintain proper physical and digital records of all accounting documents.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting procedures.
Assist management with regular MIS and financial reports.
