Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience : 6 Month to 2 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis

• Handle GST & TDS calculations, filings, and compliance

• Generate and manage Invoices

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist in financial reporting and audits

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
