Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years
Age Limit: Maximum 28 Years
Salary: Up to ₹2.4 LPA + Overtime + Performance Incentives
Interview Timing: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.

• GST data reconciliation and compliance.

• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) preparation and verification.

• Handling day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

• Preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

• Assisting in Income Tax Return (ITR) related activities.

• Maintaining purchase, sales, and expense records.

• Working on MIS reports and data analysis using MS Excel.

• Coordinating with internal teams for accounting and compliance-related matters.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of GST Return Filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).

• Understanding of Income Tax Return (ITR) processes.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas, Data Management).

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Pursuing Graduation (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or related field preferred).
