Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

A Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily financial records and transactions

• Record entries in accounting software

• Assist in preparation of ledgers and journals

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor invoices and payments

• Track incoming payments and follow up on dues

• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable

3. Bank Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliations

• Identify and resolve discrepancies

4. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support senior accountants in audit preparation

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

6. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents

• Ensure all records are accurate and up to date

7. Support to Senior Team

• Assist senior accountants and finance managers in daily tasks

• Provide data and reports as required

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or accounting software

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
