Job Title: HR & Accounts Executive
Location - MALAD WEST (MUMBAI)
Role Summary:
Responsible for handling day-to-day HR, Accounting & Administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Invoices and coordinate timely payments
Maintaining GST filings, Expenses & other files in excel and basic statutory documentation.
Handle bank visits and routine banking work
Manage internal hiring (screening, interview coordination, documentation)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files
Responsible for general office administration and compliance tasks
Skills & Requirements:
Understanding of GST, TDS and invoice processing
Basic knowledge of HR operations and admin work
Good coordination and communication skills on email.
Comfortable with MS Office and basic documentation
Should be B.com passed.
Previous Work Experience into GST & Invoicing will be advantageous.
