Hiring: Accounts Executive

📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai

💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management

Maintain daily accounting entries

Record sales, purchases, expenses & payments

Maintain ledgers and journals

Ensure accurate bookkeeping

GST & Tax Compliance

Prepare & file GST returns

Handle TDS calculations and filings

Maintain tax documentation

Coordinate with CA when required

Banking & Reconciliation

Bank reconciliation statements

Payment tracking and monitoring

Billing & Invoicing

Generate invoices

Maintain outstanding payment records

Follow-up on receivables

Maintain purchase & sales records

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements

Prepare Balance Sheets

Expense analysis reports

Support management in financial decision-making

🔹 Skills Required:

Knowledge of Tally / Busy / Accounting Software

Basic knowledge of GST & TDS

Good understanding of MS Excel

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Preferred

Diploma in Accounting also acceptable
