Role Summary:

Title Position: Accounts Executive.

Department: Finance and Accounts

Employee Type: Full Time

Location: Head Office.

Key Responsibilities.

Core Accounting and software Management.

Maintain and update daily company accounts accurately.

Demonstrate proficiency and deep working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance.

Handle monthly GST filings and ensure accurate computation.

Manage monthly TDS deductions, deposits, and quarterly returns.

.Ensure absolute compliance with Indian taxation laws relevant to the logistics sector.

Vendor & Fleet Operations Finance

Timely processing and release of Lorry Advance payments to drivers/owners/Vendors.

Verify and clear Balance Payments upon successful delivery documentation.

Generate and verify Dockets/Bilty for every vehicle prior to material dispatch.

Receivables & Billing Management.

Raise and process accurate Invoices/Bills for all corporate customers.

Lead the collection process and aggressively follow up on outstanding dues.

Communicate professionally with customers via emails, WhatsApp, and telephonic calls.

Reporting & MIS Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding total outstanding payments.

Share regular financial health updates with the senior management team.

Qualifications & Key Skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related financial field.

.Experience: [4–6 years] of experience, preferably within the transport, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Government Tax Portals (GST/TDS).Communication:

Strong professional verbal and written communication skills for client follow-ups.
