Bank Reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cross trained & worked in activities like Receipts, Vendor Master, Payments & Helpdesk.
Reconciliations: Responsible for preparing & reconciling the General Ledger (both AP & AR) with the Bank Statement to identify the variance for reporting purposes, also responsible for reconciling various foreign exchange accounts & accrual accounts
TDS & TCS deductions on advance payment & bills, submission of tax duties on a monthly basis & return submission on a quarter basis
Maintain records of GST R-1, 2B & 3B, RCM and GST Annual Return
Generate Tax Invoices.
All the HR Related work like calculation & process of salary, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity & Bonus calculation.
Prepare Performa Invoice & Purchase order as per contract (as per IFRS 15 rules)
Prepare Export documents for BG clearance
Flexi (Fixed) deposits/Auto sweep Account: dealing with all aspects of Flexi Deposit Account—Interest and TDS etc.
Coordinating with the Internal & Statutory Auditor regarding Audit Queries related to Bank reconciliations
