Maloo Investwise is looking for a sincere, detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.

Record vouchers, receipts, payments and journal entries.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash & bank balances.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, CAs and consultants during audits and filings.

Maintain vendor and client payment records.

Process invoices and ensure timely payments.

Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.

Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Assist with payroll and employee reimbursement processing.

Support administrative and finance-related activities whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.

0-2 years of accounting experience.

Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Honest, disciplined and capable of handling confidential financial information.
