Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
Handle accounting entries and maintain records in Tally.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and basic financial reports.
Manage purchase, sales, expenses, and payment entries.
Perform basic bank and account reconciliation.
Maintain and organize invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports.
Assist with basic GST/accounting-related work.
Coordinate with the CA whenever required.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Tally.
Knowledge of Bookkeeping & maintaining accounts.
Basic understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting practices.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to independently manage routine accounting work.
Preferred Candidate:
Someone with prior experience handling accounts for a retail/e-commerce business will be preferred.
