Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate

records, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should

have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Transactions

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.

• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.

• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.

• Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Tally)

• Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or Finance Assistant.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally etc.).

• Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter

preferred).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Experience working in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is an added advantage.
