Job Opening – Accounts Executive
Company: IT Company
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Record sales and purchase entries accurately.
- Prepare and file GST Returns.
- Manage TDS calculations and filings.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Prepare salary structures, payslips, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing.
- Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and proper documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Hands-on experience with GST & TDS filing.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Payroll Processing and employee salary management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage.
