GRC Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a professional financial audit, accounting and taxation organisation providing accounting, audit, taxation, GST, income-tax and financial compliance services to its clients.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities, assisting in audits, preparing financial statements and ensuring timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper accounting documentation.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, trial balances and supporting schedules.

• Perform bank reconciliation and reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts.

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns and other statutory compliances.

• Assist in GST reconciliation, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and Input Tax Credit reconciliation.

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits and financial audits of clients.

• Verify accounting records, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving reconciliation and compliance issues.

• Assist in preparation of audit working papers, schedules and financial reports.

• Review financial data and provide relevant information to seniors for analysis of the client's financial position.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned work and statutory compliance deadlines.

• Coordinate with clients for obtaining accounting records, financial documents and other information required for audit and taxation work.

• Maintain confidentiality of client financial and business information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit or CA firm is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and basic accounting principles.

• Basic understanding of audit procedures and financial statements.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet statutory deadlines.
