Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 1-2 Year
Location: Surat
Job Description:
• Record journal entries and maintain General Ledger (GL) in accounting software & Excel
• Prepare and enter purchase bills and purchase expenses accurately
• Manage daily Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Coordinate with divisions for timely invoice collection and documentation
• Prepare sales invoices and post-dated cheques as per company policy
• Create and maintain voucher entries
• Handle fund transfer coordination and maintain payment records
Requirements:
Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
