🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who has basic knowledge of Tally accounting software, invoicing, and E-way bill generation. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in accounting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices in Tally
Generate and manage E-way bills for dispatch of goods
Record daily accounting transactions in Tally
Maintain proper documentation of invoices and bills
Assist in basic accounting activities and data entry
Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams when required
Maintain records using MS Excel and accounting software
🔹 Required Skills
✔ Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
✔ Understanding of invoice preparation and E-way bill generation
✔ Basic accounting knowledge
✔ MS Excel / MS Office knowledge
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
