Accounts Executive / Accountant – Tally Prime, GST, Billing & Purchase | Pune

Job Description :

We are hiring an Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our growing home furnishing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, GST, billing, quotation preparation, purchase coordination, inventory management, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

• Prepare customer quotations, cost estimates, sales invoices, and purchase invoices.

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for procurement activities.

• Maintain GST-compliant accounting records and support GST documentation.

• Track customer payments, outstanding receivables, and payment follow-ups.

• Maintain stock and inventory records and coordinate with the operations team for reconciliation.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial and commercial documentation.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Billing.

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Billing, Quotation Preparation, and Purchase Processes.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Reports).

• Experience in payment follow-ups and inventory management.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.

Experience in Home Furnishing, Furniture, Interior Design, Retail, Manufacturing, or Trading industries will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
