Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Daughterss Hospitality India Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions

• Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with applicable regulations

• Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and filings

• Handle purchase billing and verify invoices with supporting documents

• Manage e-commerce billing, including reconciliation of online sales, payment gateways, and marketplace settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Maintain proper bookkeeping records including ledgers, journals, and financial statements

• Monitor and record all deductions and adjustments accurately

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
