AVTech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, tax compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, payment entries, and expense records.

• Handle bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, income tax documentation, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheet data.

• Maintain accurate records in Tally and Excel.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.

• Maintain secure backups of financial data and ensure confidentiality.

• Coordinate with management, auditors, and external accountants as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.

• Understanding of Indian accounting practices and financial reporting.

• Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
