Maintain the general ledger system, recording all financial transactions accurately and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.  Ensuring that all the defined processes are being followed and adhered to without any deviation.  Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.  Coordination with the cross-functional teams within the organization, and the individual must work closely with them to ensure that the tasks are completed within the defined timelines.  The physical inventory check needs to be conducted regularly, and the reorder point management must be handled efficiently.  The defined best-in-class inventory practices must be followed, and any changes or deviations must be brought to the notice of the concerned personnel.  Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.--  Assist in tax planning and compliance, preparing tax returns and supporting documentation for various tax filings.  Stay up-to-date with any relevant changes in finance matters and ensure that the knowledge is applied in the day-to-day operations of the role
