About the Role

We are looking for a Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, GST, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain sales & purchase entries.

• Prepare and manage sales invoices and purchase bills.

• Maintain and update GST-related records and transactions.

• Handle basic GST input/output entries and documentation.

• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

• Maintain ledger, accounts payable & receivable records.

• Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Assist with GST returns and routine accounting/compliance work.

• Support the accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, GST & Invoicing.

• Experience with Tally is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
