About the Role

Kisaan Station Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, accounting controls, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to independently handle finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting and finance activities of the company.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance.

• Manage TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliations.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals.

• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Review books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial analysis.

• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.

• Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.

• Review accounting processes and implement effective internal controls.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulatory requirements.

• Handle financial documentation and maintain proper records.

• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

• Statutory and Internal Audit knowledge

• Financial analysis and MIS reporting

• Strong Excel skills

• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• ICAI qualification/membership preferred.

• 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.

• Candidates with strong experience in taxation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting will be preferred.

Important Note

This position is specifically for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA). Candidates with only B.Com/M.Com or Accountant/Accounts Executive experience without CA qualification are not eligible.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience, qualification, and industry standards.
