Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and record-keeping activities. The candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Generate MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, Busy, or Zoho Books.

Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
