ACCOUNTS FRESHER / JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

About the Role

Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Accounts Fresher / Junior Accounts Executive who wants to build a career in Accounts & Finance.

Candidates who are freshers or have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience can apply. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and be willing to learn practical accounting, taxation, billing, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities under the guidance of senior team members.

• Make basic accounting entries in Tally / Tally Prime.

• Prepare and maintain billing and invoices.

• Check vendor bills, invoices and supporting documents.

• Assist with vendor payment processing and payment follow-ups.

• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.

• Follow up with 3PL warehouse clients for outstanding payments.

• Assist in GST, TDS and ITR-related accounting/taxation work.

• Assist in Purchase Requisition (PR) and other accounts documentation.

• Maintain proper records of bills, payments, receipts and accounting documents.

• Prepare basic Excel reports and MIS.

• Assist in ledger reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, warehouse teams and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

• Perform other accounting responsibilities assigned by the senior Accounts team.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and taxation.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, AR and AP.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

• Good attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with minimum 6 months of relevant Accounts experience are preferred.

• Must have a Commerce / Accounts / Finance educational background.

• Minimum Graduation required.

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance candidates preferred.

• Candidate should be willing to learn PAN India-level Accounts & Finance operations.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Growth

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month

Salary will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance, work quality, learning ability and overall contribution. An early increment may also be considered for strong performance.
