Accounts Assistant – Fresher (Trainee Program)

Tirumalesh & Co., a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, is hiring enthusiastic and quick-learning accounting graduates seeking practical experience in an audit firm environment.

Trainee Program: The first 6 months will be a structured Accountant Trainee period with a monthly stipend of ₹6,000. Post completion, salary will be revised based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally

• Assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits

• Support in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings

• Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vouching

• ROC compliance and documentation

• Client coordination for data and clarifications

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter (discontinued) — freshers welcome

• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping

• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Tally preferred

• Awareness of GST and TDS concepts is a plus

• Good communication skills (English and Telugu/Hindi)

• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
