About the Role

Ridge Homes LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Com graduates who are passionate about accounting and finance and are looking to build a rewarding career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Prepare MIS reports and maintain data in MS Excel.

• Verify bills, invoices, and payment documentation.

• Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.

• Assist in monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.

• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.

• Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Skills

• B.Com graduate (Mandatory).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of Tally, ERP software, or accounting tools is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, self-driven, and quick to learn.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of work.
