Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt)

• Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery challans

• Maintain accounts in Tally / ERP / Excel

• Bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups

• Manage GST data, E-Way bills, and basic compliance work

• Handle back-office documentation and filing

• Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups

• Maintain customer and vendor records

• Support sales and dispatch team with documentation

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting & GST

• Experience in Tally / Excel preferred

• Good communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)

Experience:

• 0 to 3 Years (Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply)

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate preferred
