We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support the daily operations of our Firm RAJEEV MARDIA & ASSOCIATES. The role involves documentation handling, filing, coordination, and assisting the team in compliance and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
Preparation and filing of documents related to Income Tax
Coordinating with clients for pending documents and follow-ups
Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
Basic Excel and documentation support
Managing internal workflow and task tracking
Requirements
Any graduate (B.Com preferred but not compulsory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Good communication and record-keeping skills
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
