We are currently looking for an Accounts & Finance Intern to assist in managing the financial operations of our agency. This internship is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts, GST management, and financial coordination.

Position Overview

As an Accounts & Finance Intern, you will work directly with our finance and management team to handle day-to-day accounting, GST filing coordination, and communication with our Chartered Accountant. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-time financial processes within a fast-growing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and expense reports

• Coordinate with the CA for GST filing, TDS, and other compliance requirements

• Manage and reconcile daily accounting entries using Excel or accounting tools

• Support in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports

• Track client payments, vendor invoices, and agency expenses

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

• Perform basic financial analysis to support management decisions

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: CA Foundation cleared or B.Com Graduate (or pursuing)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance

• Good command over MS Excel and basic accounting software

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and CA

• Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn financial management in a corporate setup

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000/month (based on skills and performance)

• Location: On-site – New Delhi

• Timings: Monday to Saturday
