Job Description (JD) – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Experience: 4-8Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (Preferred)

Salary budget:- Upto 45k

Working days:- 6 days

Shift timings :- 10 :00 Am to 7:00Pm

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP.

Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries.

Reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledger balances.

Prepare monthly books of accounts and MIS reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices and payments.

Monitor customer receivables and follow up for collections.

Prepare debtor and creditor ageing reports.

GST & TDS Compliance

Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).

Verify GST input credits and reconcile with GSTR-2B.

Deduct and account for TDS and assist in return filing.
