Job Description – Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain proper financial records.
Maintain customer and vendor ledger accounts and perform reconciliation.
Share outstanding statements with corporate clients on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per agreement.
Follow up with corporate clients for pending payments and coordinate for payment release.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, outstanding reports, and ageing analysis.
Handle bank reconciliation and monitor receipts and payments.
Coordinate with Corporate regarding billing, payment, and account-related queries.
Ensure proper documentation of invoices, agreements, and payment records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting compliance work.
Verify and reconcile Vendor account statements to ensure accuracy.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
