Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive cum ERP Functional Consultant to support, demonstrate, train, and

coordinate ERP solutions for our clients. This role focuses on functional support, customer

interaction, demonstrations, documentation, testing coordination, and ongoing system

improvement.

The consultant will act as a key functional bridge between customers, internal teams, and

developers, ensuring smooth usage and support of ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for ERP modules including Manufacturing, Accounts,

Inventory, HR, Payroll, CRM, SCM, and WMS

Diagnose and resolve customer issues using defined support processes and

procedures

Conduct ERP product demonstrations (online and onsite as required)

Understand customer business requirements and suggest appropriate ERP usage

Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution and

enhancements

Deliver ERP functional training to customers and internal teams

Maintain service requests through ticketing system and real-time CRM/chat

Share structured feedback with the development team for system improvement

Perform daily activity reporting as per plans and schedules

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
