We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.

·       Prepare and maintain books of accounts (sales, purchase, expenses, and receipts).

·       Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

·       Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash management.

·       Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain accounts receivable/payable.

·       Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

·       Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.

·       Maintain proper filing of all financial records and vouchers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

·       1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

·       Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.

·       Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

·       Experience in accounts within service or contracting industry (HVAC / MEP preferred).

·       Knowledge of basic payroll entries and project accounting will be an added advantage.
