Job Role - Account Executive
Location - Thane
Job Description.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
Review and verify all incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure timely coding and approval.
Vendor Payments:
Prepare and process vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Vendor Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate payment terms and discounts when appropriate.
A/P Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly A/P reports.
Identify and report any potential risks or issues to management.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve A/P processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Implement new systems or procedures as needed

Shift timings:10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM
