Job Description

We are seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team at IBS Force, where you will be responsible for protecting buildings, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a high visibility presence and preventing all illegal or inappropriate actions. The position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

  • Look/Identify for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

  • Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.

  • Detain criminals and evict violators.

  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.

  • Carry out random patrolling of the building and premises.

  • Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.

  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
