Security Officer

Position: Security Area Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations across multiple client sites/locations.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.

• Prepare and monitor duty rosters, manpower deployment, and shift schedules.

• Handle client requirements, grievances, and ensure service quality.

• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective measures.

• Ensure guards/officers are trained, disciplined, and following SOPs.

• Coordinate with security supervisors, guards, and management for smooth functioning.

• Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and security-related documentation.

• Support emergency management, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.

• Assist in Manpower Supply
