Security Officer

Skills Required

1. Operational Skills

Site supervision and staff monitoring
Conducting briefings and ensuring discipline
Deployment and replacement of security manpower personnel
Reporting site issues to Operations Manager or Area Manager

2. HR Coordination
 Maintaining attendance records
 Handling leave and absenteeism cases
 Recruitment coordination when manpower shortage arises

3. Communication Skills

Must be able to interact with site clients, guards, supervisors, and management effectively
Basic written English for reports and Whatsapp, email communication

4. Administrative & Technical Skills

Record-keeping of uniforms, ID cards, and site equipment
Basic MS Excel,  WhatsApp group handling
Familiar with GPSGoogle Maps for site visits

5. Behavioral Skills

Punctuality, discipline, and leadership
Problem-solving attitude
Able to work under pressure and in odd hours if required

Other Requirements:-

Two-wheeler with license (mandatory for site visits)
Smartphone with What Sapp for regular updates
Should be ready to travel within the assigned zone
