Security Officer

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Boundless Environment Resource Solutions Private Limited. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:·       Monitor access control at gates and main entry points for staff, visitors, and vehicles.

·       Verify ID cards, issue visitor passes and maintain gate registers.

·       Conduct regular patrolling of premises, boundary walls, storage areas, and parking zones.

·       Operate and monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities.

·       Safeguard company property, materials, and equipment from loss, theft, or misuse.

·       Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or any unusual incidents.

·       Coordinate with site management and local authorities when required.

·       Maintain daily security reports, incident logs, and movement registers.

·       Ensure guards adhere to company discipline, dress code, and safety compliance.

·       Support during fire drills, safety audits, or emergency evacuations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Night shift.
