Security Guard

• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Conduct regular patrolling of the premises, including factory floor, warehouse, parking area, and boundary walls.

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing materials against gate passes/challans.

• Maintain security registers (visitor register, material movement register, vehicle logbook, incident register).

• Operate CCTV and other security surveillance systems; report any suspicious activities.

• Ensure that all fire exits, alarms, and emergency equipment are accessible and functional.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and follow the escalation procedure.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

• Assist during evacuation, fire drills, and emergency situations.

• Provide support in crowd control during events or peak working hours.

• Prevent theft, damage, or misuse of company assets.

• Maintain discipline at the main gate and within premises.

• Report security breaches, accidents, or hazards to the Security Supervisor immediately.
