Supervising property managers and staff, conducting regular property inspections, managing budgets, reviewing financial reports, resolving tenant complaints, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and coordinating maintenance and repair efforts.
They also hire, train, and evaluate property management teams, prepare rent increases and tax assessments, and maintain communication between onsite staff and central offices.
A Property Supervisor typically has strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills and must be knowledgeable about property management laws and regulations.

Direct and supervise property managers, ensuring familiarity with company policies.

Handle tenant relations, including complaints and lease enforcement.
